Aluminum Foil Induction Sealing Machine For Screw Cap
Induction Foil Sealing After Screw Capping
Review a screw-capped bottle or jar with its foil liner as one package. This product brief helps define the sealing head, conveyor interface and sample checks for an induction sealing project.

Reference Specifications
These values and features describe the Levapack reference page, not a confirmed Deepack machine specification.
| Item | Reference description |
|---|---|
| Source model | LPE-FIS100 |
| Source throughput wording | 100–200 bottles/min in the feature text; verify actual output by trial |
| Source sealing diameter | 50–121 mm; package and head compatibility require review |
| Source controls | Voltage/current display, knob controls and pushbuttons |
| Source head adjustment | Handwheel height adjustment |
| Source protective functions | Over-current and over-voltage protection are described |
| Source material claim | 304 stainless steel is mentioned; offered-machine materials need confirmation |
| Deepack specification | Model, power, voltage, dimensions, output and certifications are not confirmed |
Source and confirmation limits
The source includes a mismatched round-can-sealing heading. Its feature text is retained only as attributed reference information; it does not establish tested output, package compatibility or Deepack certification.
From the Capped Container to the Foil Bond
The source describes non-contact induction heating of the foil inside a fitted cap. For a suitable liner, the heat-seal layer bonds to the container rim as it cools. A two-piece liner can also separate its backing from the foil during heating.
Confirm the actual liner construction and sealing conditions with its supplier. The cap, rim and liner must be evaluated together; the machine name alone does not establish a leak-tight result or product shelf life.
Review Three Sealing Interfaces
Bottle rim, screw cap and liner
Provide the container resin or glass specification, rim dimensions, cap drawing and liner grade. Identify any change in package supplier, neck finish or liner construction between formats. Include representative filled and capped samples.
Head clearance and conveyor passage
Provide cap height, container stability, guide positions, spacing and conveyor speed. Ask the supplier to demonstrate head alignment, height adjustment and format changes with your samples. Confirm which conveyor and guide components are included.
Controls and operating checks
Request the actual electrical rating, installation requirements and operating instructions. During the agreed trial, record settings and package results at startup, normal running and planned stops. Confirm how operators detect and handle a missed or unacceptable seal.
Define the Sample Acceptance Plan
- List every bottle, cap and liner combination and identify available samples.
- Agree a test run using the intended fill, closure application and line speed.
- Record seal appearance, liner bond and opening behavior against agreed methods.
- Review sustained output and rejected packages across the complete run.
- Keep approved samples and settings with the format-change records.
Agree any leak, transport or shelf-life evaluation separately with the responsible package and product specialists. No preservation result is promised by this brief.
Plan a Package TrialPrepare the Proposed Configuration
Send the package drawings, output target, layout and site supply before requesting a model recommendation. Identify adjacent filling and capping equipment, operating hours and the formats that require change parts.
Ask the supplier to itemize the sealing unit, head, conveyor, guides, installation scope and documentation in the offer.
Confirm Documents and Support in the Offer
Request model-specific instructions, an electrical diagram, spare-parts recommendations and any required conformity documents for the actual supplied equipment. Agree commissioning, training and warranty terms in writing. The reference manufacturer’s service history and warranty are not Deepack commitments.
Screw-Cap Induction Sealing FAQs
Does this equipment tighten the screw cap?
The project described here concerns induction sealing after a lined cap has been applied. Confirm the separate capping operation and included equipment in the offer.
Is LPE-FIS100 a Deepack model?
No. It is the model named by the reference manufacturer. The Deepack model and specification require confirmation.
Can every 50–121 mm closure be sealed?
The diameter is a source claim, not a compatibility guarantee. Review the complete bottle, cap, liner and sealing-head combination with samples.
Is the listed output guaranteed?
No. Confirm sustained output on the proposed equipment using your package and agreed inspection criteria.
Are certification and warranty confirmed?
No. Request the applicable documents and commercial terms for the actual offered machine. Reference-company claims do not establish Deepack obligations.
Has the enquiry been sent?
The prototype validates your entries and reports that they have not been sent. Live delivery and a formal specification PDF remain pending.
