Describe the product at its filling temperature, its tendency to foam and the intended fill amount. Review nozzle shutoff and inspect the bottle neck after a sample run.
Thicker Gel
Provide samples representing the thickest and thinnest batches. Check product feed, stringing at nozzle withdrawal and access for cleaning.
Formulation Information
Supply the composition and safety data sheet, including any alcohol content. Have the supplier review contact materials, seals and the intended installation conditions for the proposed configuration.
Choose the Closure Path
A threaded bottle requires a cap and bottle review; a seamed can requires a matching body and end. These are separate closure paths. Send drawings and samples of the complete package.
For pumps or dispensing closures, include the assembled closure and dip tube. Confirm feeding, placement and tightening through a trial. Vacuum or gas equipment shown in the catalog is not a default requirement for sanitizer.

Agree the Sample Trial
Record the actual configuration and test conditions. Check fill variation, foaming, drips, closure application, leakage and label placement across the submitted formats. Ask for a changeover demonstration and cleaning access review.

Request a station list, layout and equipment-specific documentation. Resolve material and installation requirements with the supplier before approving the configuration. Formal specifications and supporting records should identify the actual offered equipment.
