Define the Package Interfaces
Container Body
Supply dimensioned drawings and empty samples. Identify the base, neck, seam area or label panel used by each station.
End, Lid or Cap
Supply the matching closure and explain the intended opening method. A capper model name does not establish child-resistant performance of a finished package.
Label and Code
Provide approved artwork, variable data and position tolerances. Keep the area used by grips, guides and inspection devices visible in the layout review.
Review the Line Connections
Infeed and container handling
Agree container orientation, transfer heights, spacing and the response when the downstream station stops. Identify the equipment included at each interface.
Closing and package checks
Define how the submitted package will be inspected after closing and which records are required. Closure application alone does not demonstrate shelf life, barrier performance or package certification.
Changeover and access
List each container format and the parts that need adjustment or replacement. Request an explanation of cleaning access and safe fault recovery for the proposed equipment.

Does vacuum or gas handling guarantee preservation?
No preservation or shelf-life result is specified here. Any performance claim requires relevant test evidence for the complete package under defined conditions.
