Premade Pouch Packaging Machine For Granular Products

Weigh Granules, Fill a Ready-Made Pouch

Build the review around particle handling: how granules reach the dosing system, fall into the opened bag and settle before sealing. Send representative product and empty pouches so the proposed feed, weighing and filling path can be evaluated together.

Reference Specifications

Levapack reference information only. These figures are not confirmed Deepack performance or an equipment offer.

ItemReference description
Reference modelLPE-R200
Reference throughput20–60 bags/min; dependent on product, dose, metering and pouch material
Reference fill mass10–1000 g; application and dosing arrangement need confirmation
Controls describedPLC with touch-screen operation
Bag adjustment describedOne-button width adjustment; usable bag dimensions not stated
Deepack model and offered specificationAwaiting project confirmation
Missing specifications and source inconsistency

The granular page does not state a pouch size range, weighing accuracy, electrical rating, air consumption or machine dimensions. Confirm these for the selected machine and dosing equipment.

Its process narrative mixes premade pouches with continuous-film cutting and seal formation. That passage is not a reliable description of this configuration. Review the actual bag-handling sequence with the supplier.

Review the Granular Fill Path

Feed and Weigh

Describe particle-size distribution, bulk-density changes and flow behavior. Agree the dosing device, refill method and target fill tolerance using your samples.

Transfer Without Excess Breakage

Review drop height, chute clearance and pouch-mouth access. Include fragile pieces and the expected proportion of fines in the trial; assess breakage and retained product after filling.

Keep the Seal Area Clear

Check whether bouncing particles or overfilling leave product at the bag mouth. Agree settling time, headspace and inspection criteria before selecting the final seal process.

Confirm the Pouch Handling Sequence

  1. Present and grip the supplied premade pouch.
  2. Open the mouth and verify that it is ready to receive product.
  3. Release the measured granules through the agreed fill path.
  4. Allow the product to settle and inspect the sealing area.
  5. Close, inspect and discharge the finished pouch.

This is a sequence to confirm during configuration review. Ask which opening checks, reject actions and coding operations are included in the offered equipment.

Match the Product, Pouch and Changeover

Granule samples and trial measurements

Supply samples covering normal product variation. Record fill mass, product loss, broken pieces and achieved output over an agreed run, including refill and stop/start behavior.

Pouch samples and sealing review

Provide bag width, height, gusset, opening and laminate details. Identify zipper features and required headspace. Evaluate gripping, opening and seal quality with each actual pouch.

Cleaning and connected equipment

Review access to feed surfaces, weigh hoppers and transfer chutes. Specify changeover products, cleaning requirements, floor space, utilities and upstream feed equipment in the proposal.

How This Review Differs from the Powder Model

The reference identifies this granular model as LPE-R200 and the separate powder model as LPE-P200. For granules, focus on particle flow, weighing transfer, breakage and settling. A powder project additionally needs its own dosing and dust-control review.

The powder page's accuracy and bag-size figures are not granular specifications. No interchangeability or common dosing device is established by the two names.

Prepare a Configuration Request

Request the offered model, station list, layout, trial results and applicable equipment documents. Agree installation, training, spares and warranty terms in the quotation.

Granular Pouch Packaging FAQs

Does this system form bags from roll film?

The intended package is an existing premade pouch. Confirm the actual bag-feeding and closing sequence in the equipment proposal.

Is the reference output guaranteed for my granules?

No. Confirm achieved output and fill variation with your product, target mass, dosing equipment and pouches during an agreed trial.

Is a multihead weigher included?

The selected dosing device and its inclusion are not confirmed here. Ask for the proposed weighing arrangement and station list.

Can the powder model specifications be used?

No. Its model and published parameters belong to a separate reference page. Granular pouch dimensions and accuracy still require confirmation.

Does a vacuum pump mean vacuum-packed product?

A component name does not establish a vacuum packaging cycle or preservation performance. Request the actual process and relevant test results.

Is the downloaded file a formal specification?

It is a reference TXT only. The offered specification and formal PDF remain to be confirmed. The enquiry form currently validates entries and reports that they have not been sent.
