Nitrogen Gas Can Sealing Machine For Nuts Packaging

Nitrogen Can Seaming for Nuts

Review a nitrogen-assisted seaming setup around your actual nuts, fill quantity and can-and-end combination. Include the gas connection and the handling of the filled can in the equipment discussion, alongside seam tooling and the desired line output.

Reference Specifications

These values describe the Levapack LPE-NFS20 reference. They are not confirmed Deepack specifications or guaranteed production results.

LPE-NFS20 source description — reviewed 18 September 2026
ItemReference description
Reference modelLPE-NFS20
Seaming arrangementOne sealing head; two seaming rollers
Adjustable source rate15–30 cans/min
Source can height25–220 mm
Source can diameter35–130 mm
Source ambient conditions0–45 °C; 35–85% humidity
Source air consumptionApproximately 80 L/min; utility and measurement basis require clarification
Nitrogen supply and oxygen acceptanceGas purity, pressure, flow and test protocol require confirmation
Deepack offerOffered model, tooling, output, utilities and documentation remain to be confirmed
Source and measurement limits

The source gives a product-dependent residual-oxygen statement without a test protocol. It is not used here as an acceptance limit. Agree sampling time, instrument, package and test conditions before evaluating oxygen results. The listed air consumption does not establish nitrogen consumption.

Review the Package, Gas Supply and Handling

Can and end tooling

Provide can and end drawings, material and filled samples for each format. Confirm chuck, roller and support components and demonstrate the changeover. The reference size range alone does not establish compatibility with a particular package.

Nitrogen supply interface

Ask for the proposed gas supply arrangement, purity requirement, inlet pressure, connections and measured consumption. Confirm whether the quote includes a generator, cylinder connection, regulator or other supply equipment.

Nut handling and seam cleanliness

Describe the nut type, seasoning, fines and fill level. Demonstrate feeding and transfer with the real product, checking spillage, product damage and material on the flange before assessing the finished seam.

Fit the Seamer to the Filling Operation

Record the filled-can arrival rate, transfer height and available space. Review end placement, operator tasks, start and stop coordination and collection of sealed cans with the equipment supplier.

Confirm electrical supply, compressed-air and nitrogen connections separately. Ask for the offered-machine layout and utility schedule before arranging the installation.

Compare Nitrogen and Vacuum Seaming Options

The reviewed nuts-model description does not establish a vacuum stage. Choose an operating sequence from the actual equipment proposal; specifications from these separate routes do not transfer to LPE-NFS20.

Agree a Nuts Packaging Trial

  1. Supply representative nuts, cans and ends at the intended fill quantity.
  2. Record gas settings and the complete feeding, flushing and seaming sequence.
  3. Measure sustained output and inspect product handling and finished seams.
  4. If oxygen measurement is required, agree the test method, sampling time and limits before testing.
  5. Document tooling, settings, included utilities and results for the actual offered machine.

No residual-oxygen result or shelf-life extension is established by this page. Preservation requires separate product and packaging evidence.

Nuts Nitrogen Can Seaming FAQs

Does this model include vacuum evacuation?

The reviewed nuts-model description does not establish a vacuum stage. Confirm the actual sequence or review the separate vacuum-and-nitrogen routes.

Is 15–30 cans/min guaranteed for our nuts?

This is the reference adjustable rate. Agree actual output using your product, fill quantity, package and operating sequence.

Does the size range confirm our can is suitable?

No. Can material, end geometry and tooling must be checked using drawings and representative samples.

Is approximately 80 L/min the nitrogen requirement?

The source labels it air consumption. Nitrogen consumption, pressure and purity need separate confirmation.

What oxygen or shelf-life result can we expect?

No result is promised here. Agree oxygen testing separately; preservation performance requires product and packaging evidence.

Will the enquiry be sent and can I download a PDF?

The form validates locally and states that entries have not been sent. The download contains reference TXT notes; live delivery and formal PDF documentation remain pending.
