Simple manual workflow
Load the tray, position the film, complete the sealing cycle and remove the finished package.
Compact tray sealing machine
A compact starting point for food businesses that need consistent heat sealing without committing to a large automated line.
Application visual / DP-FK-170ADesigned for compact production
A practical footprint and straightforward workflow make this model suitable for small-batch production, test kitchens and growing food factories.
Load the tray, position the film, complete the sealing cycle and remove the finished package.
The tray sample or drawing becomes the basis for mold confirmation before production.
Machine, film rolls and trays can be discussed as one purchasing package instead of disconnected items.
Existing work videos and workshop photos can show how the machine loads film and seals a tray.
Real-machine evidence
Real workshop views help buyers check the construction, film-loading method and operator workflow before discussing a configuration.

→Tray and film review
Review the tray sample, matching mold and sealing film together. Confirm the offered configuration with Deepack before selecting production settings or ordering consumables.
Reference checklist only. An approved specification PDF is pending.
Send a physical tray sample where possible, plus a drawing showing overall dimensions, depth, rim and sealing surface. Include tray material, film specification, roll dimensions and any printed-film registration requirement.
Review loading, film positioning, sealing and pack removal using representative filled trays. Agree sample seal checks, changeover needs and observed output before confirming the production arrangement.
Output, voltage, power, tray limits, mold arrangement and supplied accessories need approved machine documentation. Vacuum, gas flushing, MAP performance, shelf life and certification are not established by this reference checklist.
